Terms & Conditions
All rates are quoted on per night basis and in Australian Dollars. Our online rates are the best available rate at time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
BOOKING DEPOSIT:
The first night's accommodation tariff is required to guarantee your booking. Deposit is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking (refundable as per our Cancellation Policy).
For bookings over Special Event Periods: The first night's accommodation tariff will be charged as a deposit (refundable as per our Cancellation Policy) and the full balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
For bookings over Special Event Periods within 30 days of check-in: Full payment of accommodation will be charged on the day of booking and the booking is non-refundable.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Full payment must be made on check-in.
For stays of 7 nights or more - full payment for the first 7 nights (less the deposit) must be paid on check-in. The balance must be paid weekly in advance.
Note: No keys will be issued until the first 7 nights have been paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled minimum 72 hours before check-in time (this is calculated based on 2pm check-in). Less than 72 hours cancellation any deposits paid will be forfeited.
For bookings confirmed for Special Events Periods there is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
For bookings during Special Events Periods where the booking is made less than 30 days prior to check-in then full pre-payment will be charged to the credit card provided and the booking is non-refundable.
CREDIT CARD POLICY:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A credit card transaction fee of 2% applies for all bookings and will be added to your invoice.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is 2pm. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and charges may apply. If you require your apartment to be available prior to our 2pm check-in, we suggest you book the night prior to your arrival date to ensure there is an apartment ready for your arrival.
Check-out time is 10am. Late checkouts requests are subject to availability and charges may apply. Day use of room until 6pm is $80.00.
SECURITY BOND:
A credit card is to be presented on check-in for a credit card pre-authorisation for security bond of $300.00. If you are paying by cash, a cash security bond of $300.00 is required. The security bond is refunded on departure subject to verification of no damage to the apartment or any outstanding charges.
NUMBER OF GUESTS:
- One bedroom - maximum of 2 + 1 extra person
- Two bedrooms - maximum of 4 + 1 extra person
- Three bedrooms - maximum of 6 + 1 extra person
- Extra persons are charged at $45.00 a day per person.
KEY RETURNS:
All keys must be returned upon departure to Aria Reception. Lost or misplaced key will incur a 150.00 replacement fee.
NO PARTY POLICY:
Aria Serviced Apartments is located in residential buildings and enforce a strictly "No Party Policy". Management reserves the right to evict at any time, any guest who disturbs the quiet enjoyment of others.
